Template library & presets
Certifier includes a library of professionally designed presets. Browse the template library, pick a starting point, and customize it to match your brand. You can also create templates from scratch using the visual editor.
Adding your branding
Upload your organization logo, signature image, and background artwork. Position elements with drag-and-drop, adjust font sizes and colors, and preview the result in real time. All uploads are stored securely and scoped to your company account.
Dynamic fields
Templates support dynamic placeholders — student name, course name, issue date, expiry date, certificate number, and more. These are automatically populated when you issue a certificate. A QR code can also be placed on the template, linking to the public verification page.
Assigning templates to courses
From Certificate Settings, assign templates to one or more courses. You can set a fallback template that applies when a course has no specific template assigned. Download a PDF preview at any time to check how the finished certificate will look.
